Chris founded Lietz Development, Inc. in 1996 to establish a foundation in the technology industry on the ground level of Computer Repair. Data-Tech quickly evolved into a Full Service Computer and Technology Center providing services ranging from computer and printer repair to wide area networking, wireless, remote managed services, along with a State of The Art Data-Center for data warehousing, web, application development and server hosting. Chris started as a computer repair technician. Gaining knowledge and experience through extended education in the classroom as well as the field he quickly became a Computer Systems Engineer. Not wanting to have limits on his creativity Chris started his own company in 1996 and began the journey of Business Management. Realizing the limitations of Computer Repair Chris started diversifying his skill set and the company’s services. Lietz Development, Inc. started specializing in multiple areas of technology. Now an accomplished computer and network engineer, software development engineer, creative marketing specialist and continuing development in business management the company was well on it’s way to a successful tenure. After 16 years of successful business operations, Chris now heads up the Information Technology Division of Research and Development for Data-Tech along with day to day business management. Chris’s latest project is the development of Data-Techs own line of high performance Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Appliances.
Throughout the years Data-Tech was able to grow rapidly by establishing relationships with Vendors or Developers who could drive business to us. Todd Lietz, Vice President, was remarkable in his ability to establish several key relationships with owners of software applications that would use Data-Tech as there installation and support entity. We found our most lucrative relationships with Medical Management Software Developers and focused a lot of resources on this vertical.
With the success of the AST Partnership Data-Tech has now established a reseller channel that allows smaller IT companies to leverage the skills and experience Data-Tech has acquired over the past 16 years.

As Vice President of Data-Tech, Todd Lietz oversees the daily operations of the progressively emergent company. He is proficient in customer relationship building & provides knowledge, concepts & price figures for IT Solutions and projects. Todd helps his clients tackle their IT challenges as their company flourishes. He endeavors partnerships with other reputable businesses to help provide paramount solutions for Data-Tech’s mutual clients. Todd also finds enjoyment in spending time with family, boating, fishing, playing golf & racing.
Lisa’s business experience comes from a long 20 year career with one the most successful privately held corporations in the US. Lisa worked her way up at Publix from cashier to head cashier and taking over managing the back office.
While managing the back office Lisa was responsible for everything from Cash Management, Balancing Payouts and Employee Scheduling to processing payroll. Publix has a great history of well trained and educated employees making them a valuable asset to any business.
Lisa joined Data-Tech in 1998 as the Accounting Department Manager and has grown with the company for 15 years now to become the CFO of Lietz Development, Inc. dba Data-Tech. Lisa also manages the HR functions at Data-Tech and manages a team of accounting assistants.
As the CFO at Data-Tech Lisa is the focal point for all monetary affairs from Purchasing to Tax Preparation working directly with our CPA and professional services consultants.
Mike has worked in the IT industry since 1989, starting off as a Field Technician for J.V Systems Service Inc. After 3 years of field service he purchased the company and ran it under the name of J.V. System Services. He has provided IT services for many companies in the Tampa Bay area. In 2002 Mike closed his business and joined the Data-Tech team, bringing along clients from J.V. System Services. Mike started off as a Field & Printer Technician but quickly moved to Senior Field Engineer & finally General Manager in 2006. As General Manager, Mike currently oversees the Service Department ensuring Data-Tech’s clients receive the highest quality service possible.

Mike is married with two grown children. He has a passion for Rock & Roll and has been playing guitar since his teens. In the 80′s his band played at clubs all throughout the Southeastern United States. He left the road after his first son was born but is still in a band. He can be seen playing in clubs & bars in the Tampa Bay area on weekends. Data-Tech’s clients & staff will frequently go out to see him play and unwind from the busy work week.

He has worked in the IT industry since 2005, starting off as an in House Systems Builder at Data-Tech. From there he went on to a dual role, remote support for the Citrix hosting clients and Server Administration/Deployment. He has learned several technologies crucial to a Cloud based service model. In 2008 he was given the Data Center Manager role and oversees the operations & expansion of the Data Center.

Kevin is a Tampa native with a passion for all things technical. Much of his free time can be spent learning & testing the latest technology in order to add or improve upon the cloud offerings provided by Data-Tech.
As the Service Manager for Data-Tech Mike’s role is to review present policy and standards that are used by the organization and individuals providing client IT hosted and managed services. Determine specific skills and any inefficiencies that are blocking individual performance in providing superior customer service and experience. Collaborate with executive management team to provide feedback, explore results and determine measures to achieve specific and measurable goals. Implement specific changes directed by management team to facilitate measures to achieve objectives in customer experiences and increase service levels.
Success is determined not only by individual skills, but the willingness of the organization to work as a team. Customer service is paramount in providing elevated satisfaction to present and future clients. Facilitating in providing Data Tech as an indispensable source in providing IT services to a large array of clients.
My vision is to orchestrate sales strategies, foster stronger business relationships, develop stronger teams, and implement plans intended to increase sales, exceed expectations, increase customer retention, and increase shareholder profitability.
Scott Dollar is a business development professional with expertise in Managed IT and Cloud Computing services. He has worked with hundreds of organizations spanning numerous industries. Some typical client industries included healthcare, professional services and non for profit.
Scott has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
Scott is the recipient of several Presidents Club awards for sales achievements. He is an active member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, The Centre Club and currently sits on the board for The Sun coast Healthcare Executives.
Scott lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, Carol. When not working Scott likes to exercise and enjoy the local Channel-side district.
As Director of Marketing at Data-Tech, Mike’s objective is to continue to build and strengthen the Data-Tech brand. He is responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, internet development, channel marketing and public relations activities.
As a professional visual communicator with over 18 years of experience in the creative services field, he attended Henry Ford College in Dearborn Michigan and continued his education at IADT (International Academy of Design & Technology – Tampa) where he obtained his BS degree in Interactive Media.
Mike’s focus is always to deliver results for growing businesses and thrives on developing ideas that cut through the clutter.
